About Us
CheckCOI assumes and streamlines certificate of insurance (“COI”) tracking for your business. By combining insurance expertise, intelligent software, and an elevated customer service experience, we produce significant time savings for our clients.
Costly litigation and under-insured claims can have significant impacts on your business. As a result, we built this platform to protect your company against those risks which result from vendors non-complying with contractual insurance requirements.
How It Works
Work Smarter, Faster, Safer

1. Onboarding
Your tenants & vendors are first set up in the system with the appropriate insurance requirements. They then add their agent information to the system through a registration process which takes no more than five minutes. Lastly, an e-mail notification is sent to their agent requesting a certificate for their insured.
2. Certificate Review
Certificates of insurance are then reviewed by the platform for compliance. Our team will work with agents, tenants, and/or vendors to obtain compliant certificates. We handle all phone calls and e-mails from agents, tenants, and/or vendors which includes issuance of compliant/non-compliant memo communication.


3. Client Reporting
You will have access to a wide variety of reports that we will be able to pull at any time reflecting real-time data. In addition, you will get notifications regarding vendors and tenants that are not responding to requests, cancellation notifications, expired policies, etc.
